Corewell Health and Select Medical will build an 84-bed rehabilitation hospital on Dequindre Road for patients recovering from stroke, spinal cord, brain injuries and orthopedic conditions.
It will open in 2029 after final regulatory reviews (site across from Beaumont Troy Hospital) as plans progress.
