  • Invasive spotted lanternfly has rapidly spread across Metro Detroit — using the tree of heaven as its main host — and experts warn it will soon affect more of Michigan. Officials advise locals to remove egg masses and treat trees with insecticides to help protect vineyards and gardens.  FOX 2 Detroit
