- ➤ Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel charged four local men on Thursday after officials seized nearly 100,000 boxes of counterfeit perfume and cologne at a Sterling Heights warehouse and 300 boxes at a Port Huron business following a tip from Walmart Global Security & authorities warned that counterfeit products can pose health risks. - ➤ Macomb County Sheriff Tony Wickersham and Prosecutor Peter Lucido said Thursday that a June 3 shooting in Shelby Township—where officers shot Thomas Jackson after he fled a traffic stop and drew a handgun—was justified. WXYZ
- ➤ Prosecutors charged 47-year-old Charles Christie (Macomb Township) with failing to pay over $40,000 in child support after nine show-cause hearings and six bench warrants, and his bond was set at $10,111. FOX 2 Detroit
