- ➤ Today, the Michigan Department of Natural Resources is expanding its Hunters Feeding Michigan program that lets hunters donate their harvest to local food agencies through the Food Bank Council. Sterling Heights-based Deer Camp Coffee Roasting Company and Outfitters is selling coffee to raise funds — funds that will support processing and distribution — to help cover costs. - ➤ Macomb County Public Works Commissioner Candice Miller sent a letter to state environmental officials after Oakland County released 1.2M gallons of raw sewage on April 3 along the Red Run Drain — she called for changes to separate stormwater from sanitary flow and build new retention basins to prevent future spills. Local officials said debris from the spill was found along nearby banks, fueling concerns over water quality. WXYZ
